Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Since many items are 3D printed to order, please allow this time for production before shipping. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Portugal (Continental & Islands): 1–3 business days via CTT

European Union: 3–7 business days.

USA & Canada (Articulated Dragons): 7–14 business days (FREE SHIPPING)

International: 7–21 business days depending on the destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

adm3d is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
